Q. What's new for 2012/2013?
A. In a word? Lots. We're introducing the brand new LITE Pass for midweek access to the slopes, we've tiered our benefits to give our Passholders more value, we've lowered the Early Bird price of the Adult Super Pass by more than $100 (now only $599), we're giving our Super Passholders exclusive early access to the Weider and Century lifts every weekend, and we're also giving our Super Passholders a FREE Terrain Park Pass*.

Q. What's the difference between the LITE Pass and the 5x7TM Pass?
A. While they may look very similar at a glance, there are a few key differences between the new LITE Pass and the 5x7TM Pass. A 5x7TM gives you access to the slopes Monday to Friday from 9am to 10pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 4:30 to 10pm. The 5x7TM is also valid for night skiing during the Christmas Holidays, is valid all day on Family Day, and comes with more great Passholder Benefits.

Q. Why is the Night Value Pass not returning?
A. We understand the Night Value Pass was a popular option among locals; however, the improved features and benefits of the LITE Pass provides our guests with more access to the slopes, and more value, than the original Night Value Pass. You get daytime access during March Break, and it also gives you an option to ski or snowboard during snow days Monday through Thursday when school buses are cancelled.

Q. I’ve tried to purchase my Pass online and it isn’t working. What should I do?
A. There are times when our eCommerce system needs to be updated or is down for maintenance. During these times, you may not be successful in completing your Season Pass transaction. If this occurs, please attempt to make your purchase at another time. If you are still unsuccessful, please feel free to contact our Leisure and Travel Representatives at 877-445-0231 and they will help you complete your transaction.

Q. Can I purchase multiple Season Passes on the same application form?
A. Yes. If you are purchasing more than one Pass on the same application, we will require each individual’s information so that we can successfully track their records in our files. You may not purchase multiple Passes under the same name.

Q. Can I purchase a Pass as a gift for someone else?
A. Absolutely! You will be required to have all the contact information to add to the application form of the person you are buying for. You must purchase the Pass online using your own address. It can also be billed to your credit card. The person you are buying for must also have a photo already on file if you would like the Pass to be mailed out.

Q. I have been a Passholder in the past, but have not received my mailings...
A. This could happen for a number of reasons, all of which are easily fixed.

  • If you were a Passholder last year but did not receive your mailing, there may be an error with your mailing address we have recorded.
  • If you have not purchased a Pass in the last two years, but were a Passholder prior to that, your name may have been omitted from our data base for this years mailing.
  • The Pass was previously purchased in another name and we may not have your personal information on file.
If you have not received a Season Pass mailing, please contact our Guest Services Department at 877-445-0231 ext. 6324 to update and/or correct the information on your file.

Q. Why do I need a Park Pass to access the Terrain Park?
A. The Terrain Park is advanced level terrain. To ensure the safety of all our riders, it is mandatory that each person, regardless of age, must participate in an orientation so that they can better understand the code of conduct and have the best experience possible when using the terrain.

Q. When is the best time to pick up my Season Pass?
A. Blue Mountain experiences a high volume of Passholder pickup and longer than usual wait times during the December 27 - January 5 time frame. It is recommended that you pick up your Pass prior to this time at Guest Services, located behind the Blue Mountain Inn, to avoid wait times. Alternatively, Passholders can choose the Mail Me My Pass option, or buy/renew your Season Pass at our "Blue on the Road" kiosk during the Toronto Ski Show. Both new and returning Passholders can upload their photos online at the time of purchase.

Guest Services Hours of Operation:
Up until December 12, 2012:
Sunday - Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday - Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM
Starting December 13, 2012:
7 days a week from 9 AM to 10 PM

Q. Are there any requirements for uploading Pass photos online?
A. Both new and returning Passholders have the opportunity to upload their photos online, but it must be done at the time of purchase.
