Dockside
Choose from paddleboat and kayak rides, fishing on the Millpond, table top games, Bocce ball, beach volleyball, shuffleboard and horseshoes and geocaching. Purchase a family card to receive discounts on multiple activities. Dockside on the Millpond is the perfect place to spend a morning, afternoon, or an entire day!
Private Sand Beach
Only a 10-minute drive from the resort, on the shores of Georgian Bay, it’s the perfect retreat for all our overnight guests. Make the most of summer with a host of activities like water toys, rafts and paddleboats (some charges may apply). Our beach is open from mid-June to Labour Day weekend, weather and conditions permitting.
Plunge! Aqua Centre
The indoor-outdoor pools, indoor water playground, hot tubs, rope swings, docks and slides at Plunge! Aqua Centre are sure to provide year-round fun. Or, if you prefer, simply watch all the action from the comfort of your dock chair. Plunge! has something for kids of all ages.
Climbing Wall
Extreme sport lovers will want to test their strength and agility on our outdoor climbing wall. This activity is fully supervised but some restrictions do apply. Harnesses and helmets are provided. Climbers must be wearing close-toed shoes.
Sightseeing on the Gondola
Take a scenic ride to the top of the escarpment. Located at the opening to the Village Events Plaza, the gondola is available for pedestrian and bike traffic and is suitable for all ages.
Mountain Biking
Whether you are looking for a scenic ride around the area’s more gentle terrain, or a heart pumping adrenaline rush as you tackle the escarpment’s downhill trails, the Mountain Bike Centre in Grand Central Lodge is the main hub for group and private lessons, programs, repairs, passes and rentals for ages 8 and up.
Hiking
Grab the kids and get up the mountain! It's about 40 minutes up the glades trail where you'll be rewarded with panoramic slope to shore views of the area, plus a free scenic Gondola ride down. Meet at the Village fire pit, Monday to Saturday at 10:30am.
Activity Central
Sky diving, rock climbing, hummer activities, fishing charters, canoeing, cruising, Sea Do rentals, windsurfing, caving, horseback riding, go-karting and more! Blue Mountain Activity Central is your one-stop action-shop featuring the regions best year round activities. Activity Central is located on Main Street in the Village, just off of the Events Plaza.

Scenic Caves
Located on top of the escarpment, and just minutes from Blue Mountain, Scenic Caves Nature Adventures is a definite “must see” for your vacation agenda. Be sure to make time in your schedule to explore: Scenic Caves and Trails, Ontario’s Longest Suspension Footbridge, Treetop Eco Tours, Zip Line and Gemstone Mining.

Monterra Golf
Our traditional links course features rolling bent grass fairways, razorback mounding and 86 bunkers, as well as ravines, creeks, seven lakes, and some spectacular elevated tee shots. In addition to the championship course, Monterra offers a full-service golf shop, deli and bar, a practice area and an on-course sanctuary at the 5th and 10th tees.
Tennis
Whether you’re a tennis aficionado or just want to play a game with some friends, you’ll love the Monterra Tennis indoor facilities. A large temperature-controlled dome houses five omni courts, so you don’t have to worry about weather dampening your game! We also have an outdoor tennis court at the Blue Mountain Inn that is available to all our overnight guests.
