120 Days of Riding and Counting

Did you know that Blue Mountain has averaged 119 ski days over the last 10 seasons? The resort always strives to be above average, and we're proud to announce that Wednesday, April 10, 2013 was our 120th ski day of the 2012/13 season.

Blue Mountain Athletes launch Youth Ride Along Day

Blue Mountain Athlete Jack Daniel Bernstein wanted to do something to give back to the snowboard community this winter. He came up with the idea of a Youth Ride Along Day, and enlisted the help of fellow Blue Mountain team rider Kevin Konings and Blue Mountain Terrain Park Manager Matt Konings. With the support of Blue Mountain and all their sponsors, these three made a huge impact on some young riders' winter.

About The Barn

In 1949 A new facility The Ski Barn was built out of an existing barn on the 150 acre property purchased in 1948. The Barn became the ski headquarters of the resort, providing food facilities, accommodations and a dance hall. The old beams, wooden floors, hanging wagon wheel and lanterns made for a totally original and charming atmosphere.
