Opening day is now behind us and despite the inconsistent temperatures, our trail count is holding up and conditions remain great heading into the holiday season. If you’re like me, you still have some last minute shopping to do before the big day. If July’s heat wave kept you off the fairways, take advantage of cooler temperatures over the next few months at one of Ontario’s most popular resort courses.
After a rainy few weeks, Monterra Golf is in great shape – even if your game isn’t. Fairways, approach areas and greens are playing in mid-season form. The new sand and upgraded bunkers feel as soft as the Blue Mountain beach; however the rough is as easy to find as ever (just ask my golf ball!).
