A minimum room night commitment is required based on your number of guests. A two night minimum stay during our peak weekend winter season and a three night minimum stay during Christmas and New Year’s for all overnight accommodations is required.

All music entertainment is subject to SOCAN (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) charges. SOCAN charges are based on room capacity authorized under the Resort’s Liquor License. Please speak to your Wedding and Special Event Manager for further details.

We are able to tentatively hold space for your Resort wedding (based on availability) and guarantee all rates. Within 14 days of receiving your contract, we require a 25% deposit based on estimated guest numbers. Six months prior to your wedding an additional 50% payment is due, and three months prior the final 25% payment is due. Payments are required to confirm your wedding event space and special accommodation rates. To receive refunds, less 10% of the total estimated cost, notice must be received on or before the final payment due date. All rates are quoted in Canadian Funds.
