36 trails from beginner to do-you-dare?

Blue Mountain stretches across the Niagara Escarpment with 720 vertical feet, 15 lifts, and 36 trails ranging from beginner to double black diamond. You’ll enjoy plenty of on-snow time, with four high-speed six-person lifts across the resort. If you prefer to hit the hills after the sun sets, we have you covered with 25 trails and 11 lifts under the lights.

Winter 2011/2012 Comes to a Close

Blue Mountain closed its slopes for the winter season on March 22, 2012. Despite some challenges from Mother Nature this winter, we had a great season at the Resort. Much of the credit goes to our industry leading snowmaking system and experienced Mountain Operations team for providing consistent conditions despite the up and down weather. We also want to thank EVERY SINGLE GUEST that visited Blue Mountain this winter for making it such a memorable season.

Some of key highlights from the past winter include thrills from the first year of the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster; seeing the Canadian Teams own the podium at the FIS World Cup Ski Cross and Ontario’s first ever FIS Snowboardcross World Cup events; watching all our guests enjoy great spring conditions during March Break; and taking in amazing après and Village events all season long. Keep the memories alive and share your favourite moment from the past year at Blue on Twitter @BlueMtnResort or facebook.com/BlueMountain.

We have an exciting green season ahead of us that will see Blue Mountain launch new attractions as part of our growing activity park. The Ridge Runner will remain open all year long and many of our summer activities will be up and running in April. We won’t be offering a Season Pass spring renewal this year, but stay tuned for exciting news on our Season Passes!

Thanks for a great winter everyone – we look forward to seeing you at Blue Mountain this summer and back on the slopes in 2012/2013.
