EXPERIENCE BLUE Lodging Rates

CORE & YRSB Employees of Blue Mountain and their Immediate Family members are entitled to discounted room nights at Blue Mountain Resort owned properties under the EXPERIENCE BLUE Program.

This perk is for employees and their immediate family’s use only. Rooms are provided on a space available basis. If occupancy rates are at 90% or forecasted to be at 90% or greater for one of the nights requested, room requests may be denied. Discounted rooms will not be granted during any special events or holidays. Blackout dates and other individual property restrictions may apply. Reservations may be booked no more than ninety (90) days prior to the date of arrival, but may be booked as late as the day of arrival, depending upon availability. Charges incurred must be settled upon checkout. Credit and direct billing privileges will not be extended to employees/guests.

Booking Process

BMR Employees
1. Book reservation online with promo code ALLBLUE and present staff ID at check in. No other paperwork required.
2. Employee must stay in the room
3. Seasonal staff will qualify for the staff rate up to 9 months after they complete their seasonal employment.

BMR Immediate Family
1. Book online with promo code ALLBLUE and receive automated confirmation which includes the CRES number
2. Guest advises the employee that reservation is made and give employee the CRES number
3. Employee completes the FRIENDS & FAMILY authorization form in Sharepoint
4. The FRIENDS & FAMILY authorization form must be presented at check in.
5. Cancellations can be done directly through the call centre up 4pm day of arrival
SHARE BLUE Lodging Rates

Friends and Extended Family of CORE & YRSB Employees, Village Employees, Friends & Family as well as BMR Approved Suppliers and/or Contractors are entitled to discounted room nights at Blue Mountain Resort owned properties under the SHARE BLUE Program.

Rooms are provided on a space available basis. If occupancy rates are at 90% or forecasted to be at 90% or greater for one of the nights requested, room requests may be denied. 5. Cancellations can be done directly through the call centre up 4pm day of arrival
Village Employees, Village Friends & Family

BOOKING PROCESS

1. Village Employee or F&F Books online with promo code (ALLBLUE) and receives automated confirmation which includes the CRES number
2. Village employee completes the VILLAGE EMPLOYEE AND FRIENDS & FAMILY authorization and gets it approved by a supervisor
3. The FRIENDS & FAMILY authorization form must be presented at check in.
4. The Village Employee or Friends & Family must contact the call centre to cancel the booking.




Conduct
Employees of Blue Mountain and their guests are representatives of the Company, and as such, are expected to maintain our standards of conduct at all times while participating in this program.
