- Participants must be 18+
- A driver's license is not required
- Minimum weight is 100 lbs (43 kg), and maximum weight is 250 lbs (113 kg)
- Closed-toe and closed-heeled shoes are required for all participants
- Helmets are provided and are mandatory for all participants
- Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate
- Weather and conditions permitting

Please Note:
Guests should check in at Guest Services 1 hour prior to their purchased Segway time slot to account for the time needed to redeem tickets, travel up the Open-Air Gondola, and walk to the Woodview Activity Centre Hut where your Segway tour begins. To ensure your preferred Segway tour departure time, tickets must be purchased online, in advance of arrival.
- Closed heel and closed toed shoes are required for Mountaintop Segway Tours. Running shoes recommended.
- Please allow 1 to 1.5 hours for your Mountaintop Segway Tour
- Includes one-time access to Segway on a specific date, per person.
- Tickets include one round-trip ride on the Open Air Gondola. The tour begins and finishes at the Woodview Hut located at the top of the mountain, which takes approximately 15 minutes to walk from the top of the Gondola.
- There is no place to store personal items.
- Segway operations are subject to weather, conditions, and availability.
