To assist you in planning your trip, please read and follow the procedure information below.

To be completed prior to arrival:
Youth Informed Consent Permission Form
  1. Must be sent home to be signed by each student’s parent or guardian
  2. Collect signed forms and present them to your Recreation Services Representative upon arrival.
  3. If the informed consent permission form is not filled out correctly and signed, the student will not be permitted to participate
Summer Attraction Restrictions and Requirements

Procedure when you arrive at Blue Mountain:


  1. Arrive at the Village Parking Lot (P2) – Bus Drop Off area. (see attached map)
  2. A Recreation Services representative will board your bus to greet your group an walk you to Grand Central Lodge to check in at the Recreation Services Desk
  3. All informed consent permission forms must be submitted when you check in. If the informed consent permission form is not completed the individual will not be able to participate.
  4. We will invoice your school for payment after your trip.
  5. If you have arranged for your group to have lunch at the Pita Pit with your Recreation Event Manager, please complete the Pita Pit Order Form and send back to us 1 week prior to your trip. Charges from Pita Pit will be added to your group’s final invoice.
  6. An onsite contact person with a cell phone is required. We will collect your contact information upon check-in.
  7. All students will be given a wristband to identify them as a school group. Wristband must be worn for the duration of your trip.

Segway Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 72 hours or less of the scheduled activity date will result in a charge of 100% of the price quoted.
