7+ Day tickets
7+ Day tickets must be purchased at least 7 days prior to arrival and can be refunded up to 7 days prior to your scheduled ticket date.
Flex TicketsFlex tickets are available online at a lesser discount than walk-up tickets and can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled ticket date.

Walk-up tickets offer no discounts, are not refundable, and are subject to availability.

- Closed heel and closed toed shoes are required for some Play All Day activities.

7+ Day Advanced Purchase Terms & Conditions
All Blue Mountain attractions are subject to weather, varying hours of operation, availability, and potential wait times. Guests may not be able to complete every activity on the ticket. Additional age, height and weight restrictions may apply. With the exception of Ridge Runner, our attractions run rain or shine. Attractions are only subject to temporary closure under extreme weather conditions.
Advance purchase tickets can be refunded up to 7 days prior to your scheduled date by emailing refund@bluemountain.ca. Within 7 days of arrival, advance purchase tickets are non-refundable.
All products are subject to a 1% Village Amenity Fee. This fee is also subject to local tax (HST @ 13%). This Fee is collected by Blue Mountain Resorts LP in order to cover our sales royalty fees to Blue Mountain Village Association (BMVA) which provides a number of visitor amenities and programming available throughout the Village. Visit www.bluemountain.ca/mountain/mountain-report for attraction hours of operation.
Blue Mountain Resorts LP utilizes AI software to detect fraudulent transactions for products and services purchased at BlueMountain.ca. Any situation where a credit card has been used fraudulently will be reported to law enforcement. All transactions, including the ones processed via third parties, may be subject to additional review at time of fulfillment to determine acceptance.
All products can be redeemed at a Guest Services location at Village Activity Central. Please present a copy of the email confirmation and barcode to redeem.
Parking Tip: On high-demand days, P2 and P2A parking lots reach maximum capacity by 11AM. Kindly proceed to P1 / P1A South Base.
