Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
Reservations and add-ons are fully pre-paid at the time of reservation. Cancellation or changes are not permitted with these offers.
Deposit Amount
A full deposit for the entire stay and add-ons including tax and Village Amenity Fee will be processed at time of booking.
Deposit Forfeiture
If the reservation and add-ons are cancelled at any time after reservation, the deposit amount will be forfeited.
Add-Ons Cancellation Policy
Add-ons may be cancelled or changed up to 6pm three days prior to your arrival date.
Deposit Amount
A deposit for the add-on amount will be processed at time of booking.
Deposit Forfeiture
If the add-ons are cancelled within three days of arrival or are not redeemed on the scheduled date, the add-on will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited.
Terms and Conditions
Offer includes a 15% discount on accommodation of your choice on midweek stays. The discount is valid for Sunday to Thursday stays based on availability and minimum length of stay restrictions. Blackout dates are December 18 - 31, 2022, January 1, 2023. and February 19 & 20, 2023. Additional blackout dates may be added without notice. Discount is valid with proof of first responder, healthcare, corrections, or military employment. Cancellation and/or changes are not permitted with this offer. Full payment is required at time of booking. If the reservation is cancelled, or if you do not arrive on your scheduled date, your deposit will be forfeited. Offer is subject to applicable tax and a 2% VAF (Village Amenity Fee) charged to your bill on checkout. This Fee is collected by Blue Mountain Resorts LP in order to cover our sales royalty fees to Blue Mountain Village Association (BMVA) which provides a number of visitor amenities and programming available throughout the Village. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts and is not applicable to group bookings.
