The Grind Hiking Trail
Get Your Legs Going
There's A Reason It's Called The Grind
There's no leg burner quite like the steady climb of The Grind. This multi-use trail is perfect for strength, conditioning and stamina as you prep your legs for a hike or bike up the Southern-most side of Blue Mountain. Visit in spring for apple blooms and stick around through summer and fall as the sweet smell of fruit fills the air.
*Walking time is based on 15 minutes for every kilometre of horizontal distance, plus 10 minutes for every 100 metres of ascent. Allow for additional time to account for the slowest hiker in your group. rich-text, responsive-table
