Why can’t I log into the Ikon Website?

We know that we host our highest volume of skiers on these dates. These blackouts help us manage skier traffic and the overall guest experience for all visitors while still providing great value to our 5x7®️ Pass holders.
Which pass should I purchase if I want full access December 27 to December 30 or on weekend days?
Alternatively, if you purchase a 5x7® Pass and want to ski outside of 5x7® access dates or times, Night Lift Tickets or the 5x7®Pass holder Friends & Family Double Down can supplement your pass. Details and pricing for next winter’s lift tickets will be posted closer to the start of next season.

Are you printing Passes on-Resort?
Pass holders who require their 2023/24 5x7® Pass printed on resort to take advantage of summer benefits can visit Guest Services as of June 1. On-resort printing is subject to availability.
Passes that do not meet mailing requirements will be eligible for pick up on-Resort at the beginning of the 2023/24 winter season.
I want to renew my Pass, but I was gifted my 2022/23 5x7® Pass. How do I renew with the discounted rate?
Renewal codes were sent to the email address provided during purchase. Please reach out to the individual who gifted your pass for your unique renewal code.
When can I expect to receive my 5x7® Pass in the mail?
Pass holders who have purchased online will receive their pass in the mail once completing both of the following requirements in their profile:
Complete release of liability waiver
Upload pass photo

|March 7 - April 20||Pass will be mailed prior to the start of summer 2023|
|April 21 - October 31||Pass will be mailed prior to the start of the 2023/24 winter season|
|November 1 - December 15||Pass will be mailed post-purchase. There is no guarantee that passes will be in hand by the start of the 2023/24 winter season.|
Will multiple passes be mailed at the same time?
Households with multiple passes will be mailed at the same time, once all photos are uploaded and waivers are signed.
