For existing 23/24 5x7® Pass holders, renewal discounts will be applied at checkout when the pass has been assigned to the qualifying pass holder. Also for existing 23/24 5x7® Pass holders, you will not be mailed a new pass.

Did You Know?

If you're an existing 23/24 5x7® Pass holder, you will not be mailed a new pass. Your 23/24 5x7® Pass is reloadable, which means that if you are planning to renew your pass for the next season, you will keep the same pass. Your current pass will continue to be used from season to season moving forward.



Purchasing is as easy as 1-2-3-4:

  1. Add the 5x7® Pass to your cart.
  2. If you're an existing 23/24 5x7® Pass holder, your renewal discount will be applied at checkout when the pass has been assigned to the qualifying pass holder. If you were a 22/23 5x7® Pass holder, you qualify for the renewal rate. Enter your unique renewal code where it says, ADD A PROMO CODE.
  3. Next, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and login to your ikonpass.com profile, or create a profile if you don't already have one, to complete your purchase.
    Please note this account is different from your Blue Mountain account and requires you to register as a new user.
  4. Upload a photo and complete a waiver in your Ikon profile for each pass. For new pass holders, you'll receive complimentary mailing. Be sure to have your photo(s) uploaded and waiver(s) completed by April 16, 2024 to take advantage of summer perks.

Please note: Existing 23/24 5x7® Pass holders will not be mailed a new pass.


In order to receive your 5x7® Pass by mail for the winter season, you must have completed your purchase, uploaded your photo, and signed your waiver in your Ikon profile before October 31, 2024.


After you purchase a 5x7® Pass, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. If you do not receive this email or don’t see the purchase go through on your credit card, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If the confirmation email still is not found, email us at pass@bluemountain.ca.


If you are a new pass holder for the 23/24 season, you will need to set up your account. If you elected not to upload a photo at time of purchase, you will be emailed instructions on how to update your customer profile and upload your photo. If you did not sign a release of liability when you purchased your pass, you will be sent an email requesting your signature.


Every skier or snowboarder in your 5x7® Pass family must have a photo, a waiver, and a valid mailing address to receive a pass. To find out when you will receive your pass, please visit our Redeem My Pass page.

Gifting a 5x7® Pass

  1. Call us at 1-833-583-2583 and please let us know it is a gift.

  2. Provide agent with the following information: Gift recipient name, Gift recipient birthday, Gift recipient email

  3. Your gift recipient will receive an email to set-up their Ikon account, sign waivers and upload their photo.


Renewal Codesfor 22/23 5x7® Pass Holders
Renewal codes will be sent to 22/23 5x7® Pass holders via email. Please make sure to check your junk folder or other email addresses associated with your season pass.
