Guests who purchase within 24 hours of their visit must stop by any Guest Services location to collect their Reserve Ticket(s) and lift ticket(s). Access to the Reserve Lounge is only available with a valid Reserve Pass in hand.
What is the difference between the Reserve Day Ticket and the full-season Reserve Pass?
The Reserve Day Ticket includes all of the same benefits as the Seasonal Reserve Pass, except for parking. It is designed for guests who want the Reserve experience for a single day.
Can I store my items in the Reserve Lounge?
Yes. Cubbies are available on a first-come, first-served basis for Reserve Pass guests. Please note that cubbies are not regularly monitored, so we recommend keeping valuables with you.
Is the Reserve Lounge family-friendly?
Yes. The Reserve Lounge is designed for a variety of guests, offering comfortable seating, light refreshments, and a welcoming environment to relax between ski or snowboard runs. Guests ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all time while in the Lounge.
Do I need a lift ticket or pass to access the Lounge?
Yes. Guests must have a valid lift access product, such as an Ikon Pass, 5x7®, 5x7®XL, or daily lift ticket, to enjoy Reserve Lounge access and other Reserve benefits.
How far in advance should I buy my Reserve Day Ticket?
To ensure you can add a Reserve Ticket to your ski day, we recommend purchasing at least 48 hours before your visit. Daily inventory is capped and may sell out quickly during peak periods.
