*Offer includes a 15% discount in the room type of your choice. The discount is valid seven days a week based on availability and minimum length of stay restrictions. Blackout dates are June 28-30, & August 2-3, 2025 and additional blackout dates may be added without notice. Offer must be booked by November 30, 2025. A deposit equal to one night of accommodation is due at time of booking. Any remaining deposit for your stay will be charged within three days prior to arrival. Cancellation/changes can be made up to 6pm, seven days prior to arrival without penalty. If cancellation/changes are made within seven days of arrival, or if you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Changes to your reservation such as room type, or date changes could cause an increase or decrease in price. Offer is subject to applicable tax (HST) and 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT). Offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts and is not applicable to group bookings. Blue Mountain Resorts LP utilizes AI software to detect fraudulent transactions for products and services purchased at BlueMountain.ca. Any situation where a credit card has been used fraudulently will be reported to law enforcement. All transactions, including the ones processed via third parties, may be subject to additional review at time of fulfillment to determine acceptance.

This Fee is collected by Blue Mountain Resorts LP in order to cover our sales royalty fees to Blue Mountain Village Association (BMVA) which provides a number of visitor amenities and programming available throughout the Village.
