Homeowner Resort Fee

With the launch of the Resort Fee, Homeowners have a new set of resort privileges to enjoy. We hope the additional access and discounts help to embrace resort life to the fullest.

The following attractions and activities are included in your Homeowner Resort Fee, allowing you complimentary access when you are occupying your unit.

Blue Mountain Rental and Westin Rental Homeowners, their spouses, and dependent minor children under 19 years of age are all eligible to register for a complimentary Homeowner Privilege Card providing access to fantastic discounts to Blue Mountain’s four-season recreation and activities. We are very pleased to be able to offer you this list of benefits for the 2026/27 Seasons.

May 1, 2026 is the launch date for the 2026/2027 program. Be sure to register early to get the best value. If you registered in 2025/2026, you do not need to renew your membership.

Each year, the new Homeowner Privilege Program renews on May 1. This program is designed to ensure you receive the best value from your relationship as a resort homeowner. In order to receive the discounts and benefits you are entitled to, you must register for the program.

We have changed the system by which the Homeowner Privilege Cards are registered and printed. This means that you will be required to re-register using the link below and obtain a new card.

Please note that HPP Barcodes starting with LG000 will no longer be valid. New cards issued with begin BMRP.

You will not be required to renew your card each year. Your card will be valid year over year.

Homeowner Privilege Program members and their guests (up to 8 people per vehicle) receive complimentary access with valid HPP membership when accessing the Blue Mountain Beach via personal vehicle, subject to availability of parking. This complimentary access is not extended for guests visiting via the Beach Shuttle and each visitor must have a valid HPP membership to receive complimentary access.

Homeowners with a valid privilege card receive a 30% lift ticket discount off the walk-up daily rate. The discount is valid seven days a week based on lift ticket availability. There is a limit of one lift ticket per homeowner cardholder per day.

New this season we are pleased to introduce self-serve ticket pickup kiosks available in several locations around the resort. This new technology allows you to print your lift tickets at your convenience. All tickets will be RFID-enabled allowing for hands-free, automatic lift access.

Purchases can be made on-line or through the Blue Mountain Contact Centre at 1-833-583-BLUE or by going to Guest Services. Full payment including HST is due at time of purchase.
