One of the following reasons may have caused the error:

Have you already signed up for this publication?
If you have already signed up for this publication then you cannot sign up for it again. You will receive an error when trying to sign up again because your information is already in the system. Please check your junk/spam folder of your email account to see if you are already receiving your requested publication.

To ensure proper delivery of future emails please add Blue Mountain to your contact list within your email program. If you prefer, you can download our v-card which can then be imported into your address book.

IS THIS THE SECOND EMAIL PUBLICATION YOU'VE SIGNED UP FOR WITH BLUE MOUNTAIN?

If you have already signed up for a publication with Blue Mountain then you cannot sign up for another one through our website. You will receive an error when trying to sign up because your information is already in the system. You will need to update your account information through the link at the bottom of your current email publication.

To add another publication select the "Manage Subscriptions" link located at the bottom of your current email publication. Once this is clicked you will be sent to the "Subscription Center" page where you will be able to select and update your publications.

Select the new publication or publications you would like to receive and then confirm your request by clicking the "Update" button. If you cannot find your email publications please check your junk/spam folder of your email account to see if you are already receiving your requested publications.
