All Blue Mountain attractions are subject to weather, varying hours of operation, availability, and potential wait times. Guests may not be able to complete every activity on the ticket. Additional age, height and weight restrictions may apply. Resale is prohibited. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable. Resale is prohibited.

All products are subject to a 1% Village Amenity Fee. This fee is also subject to local tax (HST @ 13%). This Fee is collected by Blue Mountain Resorts LP in order to cover our sales royalty fees to Blue Mountain Village Association (BMVA) which provides a number of visitor amenities and programming available throughout the Village.

Blue Mountain Resorts LP utilizes AI software to detect fraudulent transactions for products and services purchased at BlueMountain.ca. Any situation where a credit card has been used fraudulently will be reported to law enforcement. All transactions, including the ones processed via third parties, may be subject to additional review at time of fulfillment to determine acceptance.
