Lift tickets sold separately
All race programs meet at the Blue Mountain Inn Conference Patio area
Race program athletes must be able to ski without a snowplow, with ski poles and get on the chairlift by themselves
Lunch is not provided and not supervised; however, lunch is supervised for Freestyle Camps only
Programs will not be cancelled or refunded due to inclement or less-than-ideal weather conditions

Program Details

Race Camp:

In this camp skiers will prepare for the race season ahead and have the opportunity to participate in our Giant Slalom (GS) Time Trials race. Focus will be on technical free-skiing, fundamental skill development and finding your best winter form. Slalom skis are preferred if the athlete has a choice. Christmas Camp will prepare skiers for success in the time trials, but broad learning comes first as the race is always ongoing at Blue Mountain. Open to athletes ages 6-18, training groups are made based on age and ability.

Ski Cross Camp:

Our Christmas Ski Cross Program will have you mastering berms, pumping rollers and jumping down the course. In a day of coaching in this program you might focus on technical riding or learn to master features. This a a great way to get introduced to the sport or to prepare for the competition season ahead. Athletes are also welcome to participate in our Giant Slalom Time Trials race event.

Snowboard Cross Camp

Our Christmas Snowboard Cross Program will have you mastering berms, pumping rollers and jumping down the course. In a day of coaching in this program you might focus on technical riding or learn to master features. Snowboard Cross Team athletes are encouraged to attend this early season camp to work with their dedicated coaches and in order to prepare for the training and competition season.

Freestyle Camp:

Students explore a different part of winter sports that includes jumping, rails, and slopestyle skill development. This course offers hands-on training including shared meals between coaches and athletes where goals and techniques are discussed, and future strategies mapped out. Our Christmas Break Freestyle Camp program is well suited to all levels of riders. You will be matched with others who share your current skill level.

Masters Race Camp:

Ring in the holidays racing down the slopes of Blue. Aimed at advanced-expert skiers, this program will get you race ready over your holiday break. Whether you are an expert ski racer or just looking to become a more confident and advanced skier, the adult program offers a comprehensive race training experience with an athlete centered approach. Training sessions enable participants to acquire, consolidate and refine a variety of technical and tactical skills while free skiing and in gates.
