These properties are owned by independent accommodation partners and reservations are fulfilled and managed by Property Valet.

Reserving Your Stay

Once you complete your reservation to a Blue Mountain Resort Accommodation Partner property, you will automatically receive a confirmation letter securing your booking. This confirmation will provide you with the basic reservation information, please review it carefully.

Pre-Arrival communication will come from Property Valet and will provide you important information about your specific property, as well as contact information should you have any questions, or require assistance.

Although you have reserved your stay on Blue Mountain Resort LP's website, All Accommodation Partner property stays are subject to their own lodging policies, procedures, terms and conditions.

These may/will differ from Blue Mountain Resort operated and managed hotel properties.
Blue Mountain has no control over availability or booking conditions of Accommodation Partners.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions pertain to Accommodation Partner bookings on BlueMountain.ca

  • Cancelations can be made up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund. After that time, no refund will be given for cancelations or changes to the booking.
  • Number of guests cannot exceed the max number on the listing.
  • Parking passes and key fobs must be returned at the end of the stay or guest can incur charges.
  • 24-hour municipal by law is in effect regarding noise.
  • $100 pet fee per stay. Dogs ONLY no exceptions. *on pet friendly properties only
  • Virtual Check in desk. Day of contact via text msg.
  • A 24-hour customer service line and a security office phone number will be available upon check in, along with other house rules for your review.
