We understand that some ski seasons don't go as planned. Your pass purchase now includes refundable options. Pass holders who have not used their pass by January 15, 2027 may choose to receive a refund*. Pass holders who have used their pass once by January 15, 2027 may be eligible to receive up to fifty percent of the purchase price*.

FAQ / How It Works

Buy now, ride now for the rest of the winter 25/26 season based on 5x7® Pass access. Valid for lift access Monday to Friday 9AM to 9PM and 3:30PM to 9PM on Saturday and Sunday. (Blackout dates apply)

Blackout dates for the 5x7® Pass includes: December 27 & 28, 2026 both day and night; Day access is also blacked out December 29 & 30, 2026 and February 15, 2027.

The Ikon Pass is your best option for unlimited access to the slopes all season. The 5x7®️ XL Pass gives you access to 102 nights, 76 midweek days, 15 weekend days, and three additional flex days of your choice. The 5x7® Pass holders can also purchase Night Lift Tickets or the 5x7®Pass holder Friends & Family Double Downs to supplement your pass access. Details and pricing for next winter’s lift tickets will be posted closer to the start of next season.

The 26/27 5x7® Pass comes with many additional benefits including shopping, dining, and lodging discounts. Full details on season pass benefits can be found on the Pass Perks page.

Tyke Passes follow all 5x7® access restrictions and blackout dates. For guests looking to purchase an all-access Tyke Pass, Ikon and Ikon Base Pass provide unlimited to access to Blue Mountain and can be purchased through ikonpass.com.

The 5x7® XL Pass lets you ski any day for the rest of the 26/27 winter season. Plus, enjoy access to 102 nights, 74 midweek days, 16 weekend days, and three additional flex days of your choice based on the 5x7® XL Access Calendar during the 26/27 winter season.

The 5x7® XL does not have any blackout days; however, some days may be included in your access as an optional flex day. ​26/27 5x7® XL Pass holders can select three (3) flex days that can be used by the pass holder anytime during the season.

When you upgrade to the 5x7® XL, you'll enjoy unlimited skiing during the early and late winter season. Access 16 weekend days with the ability to ski on three additional flex days of your choice on weekends and holidays.

2026/27 5x7® XL Pass holders can select three (3) Flex Days that can be used any time during the season. Choose an optional Flex Day on weekends and/or holidays including: Dec 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, Jan 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb 6, 7, 8, 13, 14,15, 20, 21, 27, 28, Mar 6, and 7. Flex days are automatically deducted at the lift when scanned before 3:30PM on an Optional Flex Day.

How to Purchase
Purchasing is as easy as 1-2-3-4
  1. Login or create an account at IkonPass.com
  2. Add the 5x7® or 5x7® XL Pass to your cart.
  3. If you're an existing 25/26 5x7® or 5x7® XL Pass holder, your renewal discount will be applied at checkout when the pass has been assigned to the qualifying pass holder.
  4. Next, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and login to your ikonpass.com profile, or create a profile if you don't already have one, to complete your purchase.
  5. Upload a photo and complete the waiver in your Ikon Pass profile for each pass. For new pass holders, you'll receive complimentary mailing until the start of the 26/27 winter season.

Please note: Existing 25/26 5x7® or 5x7® XL Pass holders will not be mailed a new pass.



  • In order to receive your 5x7® or 5x7® XL Pass by mail for the summer, you must have completed your purchase, uploaded your photo, and signed your waiver in your Ikon Pass profile before April 23, 2026.
  • In order to receive your 5x7® or 5x7® XL Pass by mail for the winter season, you must have completed your purchase, uploaded your photo, and signed your waiver in your Ikon Pass profile before October 30, 2026.



After you purchase a 5x7® or 5x7® XL Pass, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. If you do not receive this email or don’t see the purchase go through on your credit card, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If the confirmation email still is not found, email us at pass@bluemountain.ca.



If you are a new pass holder for the 26/27 season, you will need to set up your account. If you elected not to upload a photo at time of purchase, you will be emailed instructions on how to update your customer profile and upload your photo. If you did not sign a release of liability when you purchased your pass, you will be sent an email requesting your signature.



Every skier or snowboarder in your 5x7® or 5x7® XL Pass family must have a photo, a waiver, and a valid mailing address to receive a pass.

How to Redeem
Step 1 – Upload Photo

Upload your pass photo online at time of purchase or log into your Ikon Pass profile to complete. If you elected not to upload a photo at time of purchase, you will be emailed instructions on how to update your customer profile and upload your photo.



Photo Requirements
  • Please upload a headshot without ski goggles, glasses, a hat or helmet.
  • The file should be less than 5mb and should be cropped so that you are the only person in the photo.
  • Poor quality photos, photos not clearly depicting the pass holder, or photos not meeting specifications will be rejected and require a new photo be uploaded.


Step 2 – Complete The Waiver

Sign the waiver online at time of purchase. If you did not sign a waiver when you purchased your pass, you will be sent an email requesting your signature.




Step 3 – Receive Your Pass

New pass holders who have purchased online will receive their pass in the mail once both of the following requirements on your Ikon Pass “My Account” page have been completed:

  • Complete release of liability waiver
  • Upload pass photo

General Inquiries

Night skiing is scheduled to start December 10, 2026 and end March 22, 2027. ​​Weather and conditions permitting.

If you're an existing 24/25 5x7® Pass holder, you will not be mailed or printed a new pass even if you upgrade to a 5x7® XL. Your 5x7® Pass is reloadable, which means that if you are planning to renew your pass for the next season, you will keep the same pass. Brand new pass holders who require their 25/26 season pass printed on resort to take advantage of spring skiing or snowboarding, can visit Guest Services to have your pass printed. On-resort printing is subject to availability.

If you're an existing 24/25 5x7® Pass holder, you will not be mailed a new pass. Your pass is reloadable, which means that if you are planning to renew or upgrade your pass for the next season, you will keep the same pass. Brand new pass holders who have purchased online will receive their pass in the mail once completing both of the following requirements in their profile:

  • Complete release of liability waiver
  • Upload pass photo
