Reimagining the Resort Experience

We have changed some of our operations to prioritize physical distance, increased sanitization, and reducing the number of touch points.
    • Attractions
      • Guests may access Blue Mountain's Adventure Park with a Play All Day Pass, Add-On Adventure Ticket or a Play As You Go Ticket. We recommend purchasing your Play All Day Pass or Add-On Adventure Ticket in advance of your arrival to ensure your access to Blue Mountain's Adventure Park. These tickets are limited in quantity and subject to availability. Play As You Go Ticket sales are available in-person only and are limited daily.
      • Mask use is recommended while at Blue Mountain Resort and required at times including in Blue Mountain's Adventure Park on all Attractions and in indoor spaces.

    • Lodging
      • Our check-in procedures have changed. Please check out Getting Here page prior to your arrival so you know where to check-in.
      • Daily housekeeping for guest rooms has been suspended. If you require service, please contact the front desk.
      • High contact touchpoints such as elevators, phones, door glass, and door handles will be sanitized hourly. Elevators also have a maximum occupancy of two people or one family or social bubble.
    • Shopping & Dining
      • Capacity at all retail stores is limited. If a store is at capacity, guests will be asked to wait in the designated queue space outside the store.
      • Fitting rooms will be sanitized after each use. Any clothing item that is tried on but not purchased will be quarantined prior to being put back on the shop floor.
      • Bars and Restaurants are open for indoor and patio dining. Proof of vaccination is required for all dining areas including Summitview Pavilion. Capacity has been reduced and seating arrangements have been changed to allow for adequate physical distancing.

    • Golf
      • Tee-times must be booked in advance. Monterra Golf will not accept walk-up bookings.
      • High-touch items like divot boxes and rakes have been removed from the course.
      • Flag sticks should not be touched or removed by golfers. Pin caddies have been installed at each hole to allow for easy ball retrieval.
    • Parking
      • Our parking operations have changed. Please check your lot designation prior to arrival and note that spaces are limited.
      • Lodging Guests: Underground parking is available for guests of The Westin Trillium House, Village Suites, and Mosaic Boutique Suites. Blue Mountain Inn guests may park at the Inn lot.
      • P1A Orchard/ North Parking: Reserved for Hiking Access.
