Greet the day with a hike in the Explore Park for some prime forest bathing. Nature can have a positive effect on our bodies, reducing cortisol levels, relieving muscle tension, and lowering heart rate and blood pressure. Plus, spring is one of the best times to take in the beauty of renewal and growth. If you're looking for a challenge, a hike up The Grind in the Orchard or 1940 in the North is sure to get your heart pumping. Find waterfalls on Cascade and Route 66, prefect for a little waterside meditation.
Grab an authentic Mediterranean lunch at Tholos in the Blue Mountain Village featuring plenty of seafood, phyllo, olives, and feta or Camino Taco for boutique tacos, burritos and bowls, with vegan options and an extensive Margarita selection. For a local taste on the other side of the (Mill) Pond, Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill in The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain offers an extensive à la carte selection and indulgent culinary experience.

If yoga isn’t your preference, simply relax on the heated rocks and feel tension melt away or book a facial or massage. Pre-registration is recommended for yoga classes.
