As a token of our gratitude, we are offering a referral bonus of $350 for every qualified candidate you refer who joins our team in select positions.

Eligible employees who refer qualified candidates for employment with Blue Mountain Resort may be eligible to receive the Employee Referral Bonus if the candidate meets the required criteria.


Referring employee: a Blue Mountain employee recommending someone as a viable and qualified candidate for employment at Blue Mountain.


Referred candidate or “referral”: someone who is not yet been hired as a Blue Mountain employee and who has been recommended by an existing active Blue Mountain employee.

The Employee Referral Bonus is equal to the gross amount of $350 per eligible referral.

  • Referring employee must be already active and hired by July 1, 2024.
  • Referring employees must work until the end of the season up to and including September 2, 2024 and must be in good standing for payment to be issued.
  • Referrals are only valid for candidates who have not yet been hired. All referrals must be submitted prior to the application process commencing.
  • Eligible referrals must be hired into the following positions:

  • Mountain Adventure Guide
  • Summer Attractions Operator
  • Retail Sales Associate
  • Room Attendant
  • Public Spaces Associate
  • Lifeguard
  • The Summer Employee Referral Bonus Program is in effect from April 1, 2024 through September 2, 2024.

    Employees can refer an eligible candidate for the program through Workday. For details on how to refer a candidate in workday visit the Workday Help Library or contact Human Resources for more information.

    Yes. All Employee Referral submissions must be received by July 15, 2024 to be eligible for the bonus payout.
