Cancellation Policy
Changes to your reservation such as room type or date changes could cause an increase or decrease in price.
Cancellation Window Lodging reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 6pm seven days prior to your arrival date. Add-ons may be cancelled or changed up to 6pm three days prior to your arrival date.
Deposit Amount
A deposit for one night stay including tax and Village Amenity Fee will be processed at time of booking.
Deposit Forfeiture If the lodging reservation is cancelled within seven days of arrival or you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the reservation will automatically be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. Add-ons that are cancelled within three days of arrival or are not redeemed on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the add-on amount.

Accommodation includes self-parking, wi-fi, and unlimited access to Gondola, Beach, Canopy Climb Net Adventure and Hiking. Activity inclusions are not applicable to Resort Home guests. Save 25% on minimum two nights' accommodation between July 5-Setpember 7, 2026 if booked by April 13, 2026. The offer/discount is valid seven days a week based on availability and minimum length of stay restrictions. Access to activities is subject to availability, weather and conditions. Blackout dates may be added without notice. Offer must be booked by April 13 2026. A deposit equal to one night of accommodation is due at time of booking. Cancellation/changes can be made up to 6pm, three days prior to arrival without penalty. If cancellation/changes are made within three days of arrival or you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Add-ons that are cancelled within three days of arrival or are not redeemed on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the add-on amount. Offer is subject to applicable tax (HST) and 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts and is not applicable to group bookings.
