Changes to your reservation such as room type or date changes could cause an increase or decrease in price.

Cancellation Window
Lodging reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 6pm seven days prior to your arrival date. Add-ons may be cancelled or changed up to 6pm three days prior to your arrival date.

Deposit Amount
A deposit for one night stay including tax and Village Amenity Fee will be processed at time of booking.

Deposit Forfeiture
If the lodging reservation is cancelled within seven days of arrival or you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the reservation will automatically be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. Add-ons that are cancelled within three days of arrival or are not redeemed on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the add-on amount.

Offer includes a 10% discount for a midweek stay in accommodation of your choice, and guaranteed access to Scandinave Spa for (2) adults. Additional vouchers can be added at time of reservation. Accommodation is valid for stays Sunday to Thursday with Scandinave Spa Thermal Journey access available Monday to Friday. Blackout dates for accommodation are Friday and Saturday nights while blackout dates for Thermal Journey are Saturdays and Sundays. Additional dates may be added without notice. Offer is valid March 24 - June 27, 2025 and must be booked by June 26, 2025. Scandinave Spa voucher is required for spa access and will be issued at time of check-in at Blue Mountain Resort prior to arrival at Scandinave Spa. Recommended age to access Scandinave Spa is 18+ yrs. Younger guests (14+ yrs) can be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Any remaining deposit for your stay will be charged within three days prior to arrival. Cancellation/changes can be made up to 6pm, seven days prior to arrival without penalty. If cancellation/changes are made within seven days of arrival or you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
