Changes to your reservation such as room type or date changes could cause an increase or decrease in price.

Cancellation Window
Lodging reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 6pm seven days prior to your arrival date. Add-ons may be cancelled or changed up to 6pm three days prior to your arrival date.

Deposit Amount
A deposit for one night stay including tax and Village Amenity Fee will be processed at time of booking.

Deposit Forfeiture
If the lodging reservation is cancelled within seven days of arrival or you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the reservation will automatically be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. Add-ons that are cancelled within three days of arrival or are not redeemed on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the add-on amount.

Offer includes a 10% discount for a midweek stay in accommodation of your choice, brunch at The Pottery Alpine Restaurant and guaranteed access to Scandinave Spa for (2) adults. Additional vouchers can be added at time of reservation. Accommodation is valid for stays Sunday to Friday with Scandinave Spa bath access available Monday to Friday. Blackout dates are every Saturday and May 19 & 20, 2024 and additional blackout dates may be added without notice. Offer is valid March 18 - June 20, 2024 and must be booked by June 19, 2024. Scandinave Spa voucher is required for spa access and will be issued at time of check-in at Blue Mountain Resort prior to arrival at Scandinave Spa. Must be 18+ yrs of age to access Scandinave Spa. A deposit equal to one night of accommodation is due at time of booking. Any remaining deposit for your stay will be charged within three days prior to arrival. Cancellation/changes can be made up to 6pm, seven days prior to arrival without penalty. If cancellation/changes are made within seven days of arrival or you do not arrive on your scheduled date, the reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. A 2% VAF (Village Amenity Fee) charged to your bill on checkout. This Fee is collected by Blue Mountain Resorts LP in order to cover our sales royalty fees to Blue Mountain Village Association (BMVA) which provides a number of visitor amenities and programming available throughout the Village.
