Where Your Race Begins

Ages 8 and 9 as of December 31

Our race programs will get you into the gates and take you down terrain courses and stubby courses. In a day of coaching in this program you might focus on technical free-skiing or learn to master GS and SL courses. Take away techniques that will ready you for the genuine downhill race experience.

Under 10 Snowstar One and Two-Day programs offer race training designed by the Canadian Coaches Federation and Alpine Canada. Young skiers receive an introduction to race-training techniques in a fun environment focused on team-building and skill development. We race on terrain and stubby-type courses as a group and race as a team against Toronto Ski Club athletes.

Two Day Program athletes and Extended Program athletes will have the opportunity to compete and travel to other local resorts and clubs for invitational race events throughout the season. Please note that Extended Program athletes train and/or compete weekly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Lift tickets sold separately
All race programs meet at the Blue Mountain Inn Conference Patio area
Race program athletes must be able to ski without a snowplow, with ski poles and get on the chairlift by themselves
Lunch is not provided or supervised
Programs will not be cancelled or refunded due to inclement or less-than-ideal weather conditions
At this time, Snow School participants will be required to pay for any lessons missed for reasons related to Covid-19
