New this year, rental pickup appointments will be mandatory for guests to access either South Base or Activity Central rental buildings to pick up their equipment. Appointments will make for a more seamless process, so you can spend less time getting fitted and more time on the slopes.

Please Note

  • Guests can schedule a rental pickup appointment for as early as 7:00 PM the day before their booked ski day.
  • Maximum of 5 people per rental pickup appointment.
  • If you have more than 5 people in your group, please book two separate rental pickup appointments, and use a different cell phone number for each appointment.
  • Please make sure to select the correct date, month, and day, for your appointment.
  • There are two rental buildings within approximately a 15-minute walk of each other. A complimentary shuttle bus is also available with frequent stops at both locations.

    Rental Pickup Locations

    When making your rental pickup appointment, choose either South Base Rentals or Activity Central Rentals. Each location has ticket pickup kiosks, Guest Services’ counters, a Learning Centre Area, Lift Access, and dining options.

    South Base Lodge During Winter
    South Base Rentals

    South Base Lodge is adjacent to Southern Comfort Express and Voyageur chairlifts. Daily programming, lessons, rentals, Snow How bundles, and Play All Day tickets can be redeemed here. If you have purchased, or intend to purchase, a weekend Kids Group Lesson, South Base is your ideal rental pickup location The closest parking for this location is P1, which is one of the first parking lots when accessing Blue Mountain from the Collingwood direction. The closest free shuttle stop location is at the South Base Shuttle Hut, which is located directly across from South Base Lodge.

    Activity Central Winter time
    Activity Central Rentals

    Activity Central is the hub of Blue Mountain Resort located at the top of the Village and adjacent to the Silver Bullet Express chairlift. Daily Programming, Lessons, Rentals, Snow How bundles, and Play All Day tickets can be redeemed here. The closest parking lot for this location are the P2 and P2A lots, which are typically the first lots to fill up and are our busiest parking areas at the Resort. The closest free shuttle stop location is at the Plunge! shuttle hut at the roundabout, which is located adjacent to Weider Lodge.
