Navigating the Trail

Follow the paved path to the left from the top of the Open-Air Gondola. This trail not only showcases the history of Blue Mountain but also provides stunning views overlooking Georgian Bay and the Escarpment and passes by Elevate art installation. The trail finishes at Trail Head 18 near P5 Parking lot.

These posts elevate your eyes to the mountain peak that represents where we are, bringing everyone together at the top of the escarpment. Created by Kathryn Corbiere of One KWE modern fabrications (the name means “one woman” in Ojibwe). Kathern is an Anishinaabekwe from M’Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island.
