Tickets can be refunded if done more than 3 days prior to planned day of use by contacting refund@bluemountain.ca, within 3 days, tickets non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable. All products are subject to a 1% Village Amenity Fee. This fee is also subject to local tax (HST @ 13%). This Fee is collected by Blue Mountain Resorts LP in order to cover our sales royalty fees to Blue Mountain Village Association (BMVA) which provides a number of visitor amenities and programming available throughout the Village.

Any situation where a credit card has been used fraudulently will be reported to law enforcement. All transactions, including the ones processed via third parties, may be subject to additional review at time of fulfillment to determine acceptance.
