We’re excited to announce that Blue Mountain Resort has a new way to pick up tickets and validate at entry gates. This year, you can easily pick up your lift ticket(s) or Play All Day ticket(s) directly from one of our self-service ticket pickup kiosks located around the Resort. All tickets will be RFID-enabled allowing for hands-free, automatic lift access.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Day Lift Tickets valid for lift access Monday to Sunday for 8 hours from time of redemption. Night Lift Tickets valid for lift access Monday to Sunday after 3:30PM. Adult aged 18-64, Senior aged 65+, and Youth aged 5-17 at time of purchase. Tykes aged 0-4 receive 12 hour tickets. Opening Day and Closing Day will be determined at the sole discretion of Blue Mountain Resort. All hours of operation are weather and conditions permitting .
Lift tickets purchase on or before November 30, 2023 can be refunded if done more than 7 days prior to planned day of use, and are non-refundable within 7 days prior to planned day of use. The purchase is non-changeable and non-transferable. Resale is prohibited.
Lift tickets purchased on or after December 1, 2023 may be refunded up to 3 days prior to scheduled arrival by e-mailing refund@bluemountain.ca, and is non-refundable within 3 days of planned use. This policy is subject to change without notice, and at the sole discretion of Blue Mountain Resort. Blue Mountain Resorts LP utilizes AI software to detect fraudulent transactions for products and services purchased at BlueMountain.ca. Any situation where a credit card has been used fraudulently will be reported to law enforcement. All transactions, including the ones processed via third parties, may be subject to additional review at time of fulfillment to determine acceptance.
